Henri Lloyd was founded in 1963 by Henri Strzelecki. A keen sailor since childhood, he was quick to spot a gap in the sailing clothing market and how the new fabric Bri-nylon could fill that gap. His initial work pioneered over 30 years of sporting firsts and technical innovations using completely new materials in the most unexpected ways.
