Goods will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. The actual delivery time will depend on the destination. A signature to confirm receipt of your order will be required.
Mainland UK and Northern Ireland = delivery is guaranteed next day between Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm.
* Scotland, Highlands and Eire = 2 working days
* Channel Islands = 3 working days.
* Europe = 6 days maximum
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable..

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
